Introducing team briefing (1 day) |
|
Effective communications have been shown to be at the heart of all successful
organisations, and Team Briefing can become the cornerstone of this
process. It is a proven technique, supported by the Industrial Society,
for cascading information and understanding from the centre to all
parts of an organisation, and back again.
The process is based around teams and their leaders at all levels,
and helps to build the team leader's relationship with their team.
The programme will show why it works, what it involves and how to
implement the process in your organisation - all within the context
of how to communicate successfully.
|
This course is suitable for team leaders at any level - supervisors,
team leaders, managers or their directors.
It can be used simply as a reminder about effective team
communications, to improve the performance of an existing
process for cascading information, to prepare people for the
introduction of team briefing, or to investigate what team
briefing could do to improve communications within your organisation.
