About Us

Bob Willars formed Strategic Developments in 1992, and transplanted it into the beautiful South Hams area of Devon in 2001. He is an experienced HR consultant, management & leadership trainer and executive mentor. He has also spent many years advising and assessing organisations against the Investors in People Standard.

Liz Willars joined Bob as a Partner in Strategic Developments in 1997, after a career as a law lecturer, training consultant and teacher of economics. She specialises in supporting professional bodies, such as Law practices and Educational services - as well as continuing to act as an adviser and assessor for Investors in People and Lexcel.

Mark Storey is an organisational development specialist with extensive experience of training, advising and assessing a wide range of client organisations. He is actively involved in training Investors in People practitioners and supports the development of work-life balance specialists.
